I would like to get an external reverb unit (for real-time use). The
TC Electronics M300 http://www.tcelectronic.com/M300 does reverb.
According to its manual it can also be used as an A/D. Has anyone
tried it in the latter application? How does it compare to the ART
DI/O?

What are your thoughts about this unit?

I am currently using an Audigy2 NX (USB2) with WinXPP/CEP for
recording.
Microphones: Studio Projects B1, Shure SM57
Mixer/Pre: Yamaha MG10/2

thanks

I notice that Sameday music has the M300 on sale for $200.00 and for that
price it's a good buy.
I assume you're talking about going in the analog input and coming out
the SPDIF to a SPDIF input on your computer or HDR. Yes, you can do that. I
do the same thing with my Johnson J-Station and it works fine. I'm not a
huge TC Works fan but I really have nothing bad to say about them either,
it' just a matter of personal preference.
